I'm Vinayak Khare. I work across investment analysis, real estate and business strategy, bringing a considered, long-term perspective to opportunities that deserve a closer look.
My work sits at the intersection of financial analysis, real estate and execution. I'm interested in the underlying economics of a business, the quality of its decisions and the discipline required to turn a plan into something tangible.
